"They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq.
Why don't we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys, it's worked for over 200 years and hell, we're not using it anymore."

But, what to do about it? There's no easy answer. They head off to DC with good intentions, then invariably become a part of the problem - big and bigger government.
There's a quote or a piece out there about freedoms being nibbled away and not taken at once. Less noticeable to the masses when taken in small chunks.
